Akbari Raw Pistachio

There are different types of pistachios, but the most important types are as follows; Akbari pistachio, Ahmed Aghaei pistachio, Kalegouchi pistachio and Fandagi pistachio. Akbari pistachio type is usually used in the nuts that are prepared for different occasions such as Yalda night, Nowruz celebration and Chaharbansuri. The price of pistachio is according to the percentage of closed pistachios, its size and type. Akbari pistachio is more expensive than other types of pistachio in equal conditions due to its appearance, followed by Ahmad Aghaei type. The size of pistachios is measured in ounces.
